We are home to a variety holistic services and products that all aim to provide our clients with affordable, delightful and beneficial possibilities.  We offer in house and long distance Raw Food, Lifestyle, Nutritional and Detoxification Coaching, Osteopathy, Homeopathy & Ayurvedic Consultations.  Our store includes raw, organic products, "Superfoods", equipment and health related educational materials.

We believe that each time the body has a healthy experience (whether it be from food, lifestyle or a treatment), the mind is able to conceive a new thought that leads towards an absolute radiance.  

We are family owned and located in the small town named Buckhorn in the Kawarthas. The setting is an old 1874 Church on 20 acres where we grow our own herbs. It is an attractive space that co-operates with nature fostering a respectful spirit of inclusion.  We honor the earth and ourselves, as we are one and the same. We support local farmers, sustainable agriculture and environmentally friendly products. Our services are offered with love.
